Non-refundable items such as Wall sticker are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, cracked, or defective, please contact our customer care team within 3 days of receiving the order.

Please include clear photos of the item and packaging to help us assist you quickly.
Items must be unused, untacked, and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
All accessories and original components must be included.
Missing items will result in the exchange request being declined.
Replacement orders will be processed after the originally delivered package has been collected.
If the exchange request is initiated by the customer, an additional $4 delivery fee will apply.
For electronic items received with a defect:
The item will be collected and sent to our maintenance team for inspection.
Once reviewed, we will contact you regarding the exchange or next steps.
This process typically takes 3–6 working days.
Refunds are processed only after a quality inspection of the returned item.
Approved refunds are issued via money transfer services (Whish Money).
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
